A Font made with textile. Letters inspired by flesh to get words that lives the innermost within us.
By seeing slaughtering as a form of craft, I have boiled, ripped, cut, soaked, pressed, pulled, sewed with fabrics and threads. Instead of flesh and blood, it was the materials and maybe something even more inwards that have been slaughtered and then sewn back together again.
This project is in collaboration with HantverketVäst, a craft collective located in Slakthusområdet in gamlestan, Gothenburg.
